From IBM in Florida to Silicon Valley and now Birmingham, Alabama, Martha has built a storied career in software technology industry. She currently serves as the Head of Lending Defaults and Servicing Technology at PNC.  She is also the Founder of Executive Estrogen, a consulting firm that provides women with the tools and strategies that lead to career advancement. Martha also consults startups on how to scale by ensuring their business model is sound. 

When she’s not advising, giving a keynote or coaching, she can be found at the football field or baseball park watching her husband coach her 2 young boys.
