Maggie grew up in Birmingham and moved to Virginia for college where she attended the University of Virginia. After graduating, she moved to San Francisco to work for a social impact consulting firm. In 2015, she moved to New York to pursue her MBA at Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, focusing on the intersection of business, design, and technology. Upon graduation, Maggie spent a few years working for Verizon in New York City as a product designer. After over a decade away from home, Maggie returned to Birmingham in 2018 to join Shipt, where she is now a Product Design Manager. In addition to serving on the junior board of the Ed Foundation, Maggie is a member of the Rotaract Club of Birmingham and member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts Design for Good initiative.
