Dana Nolan serves as the Head of Investor Relations at Regions, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. She is the primary contact with the investment community and leads all institutional, retail and fixed income investor relations functions. In addition, Nolan oversees competitive and strategic analysis. She is also responsible for managing the company’s relationships with credit rating agencies.
Prior to assuming her current role, she was named associate director of investor relations in 2010. Previously she held a number of positions including Head of Debt and Capital Management and Wholesale Funding and Liquidity Manager, both in the bank’s Treasury Division.
Nolan earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and is a graduate of the Bank Administrative Institute’s Graduate School of Bank Financial Management at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and a graduate of Birmingham’s Momentum Leadership Program. Nolan serves on the board of Regions Foundation and is chair of the finance and audit committee. She enjoys reading, history, and traveling with her family.
